1. The seams of the inner ring or the outer ring sometimes deviate somewhat. Before installing the bearing seat, please loosen the bolts fixing the inner ring or outer ring, and fix it with a plastic hammer before installing.
2. When installing or removing YRT turntable bearings, please do not apply external force to the connecting bolts.
3. Please pay attention to the dimensional tolerance of the installation parts, so that the side compression flange can compact the inner ring or the outer ring from the side.

When replenishing grease, it is injected through the oil holes provided on the inner and outer rings, and the replenishment interval is usually every 6 months to one year. At the same time, after the bearing is installed, due to the resistance of the grease, the initial rotational torque of the bearing will be relatively large in a short time, but after the excess grease overflows, the torque value will return to the normal value.
