In 2008, we gathered in Beijing, China, to witness an unprecedented sporting feast.
In 2022, we will meet again in this double Olympic city for a legend of ice and snow.
The eyes of the world turn to Beijing to experience the joy and excitement of the Winter Olympics. From the water of the Yellow River to the welcoming pine nest; From ordinary Chinese passing the National flag on hand to the five-star red flag interwoven with the ice and snow rings, the opening ceremony of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games has been a global hit. Every creative idea has been awestruck and every emotion has touched people's hearts.
Chinese athletes also hit the lap. Ren Ziwei, who won two "golden Dundun dun", was searched by CUE for his "homework". For Ren Ziwei's "homework", Beijing Sport University spoke out at the first time: this homework is well handed in! Gu Ailing, one of the youngest freestyle gold medalists in the history of winter Olympics and the first Chinese women's moguls gold medalist, is a talented young girl who graduated from Stanford university and is known as "someone else's child". "Sometimes if I only see the moment I win, the news I win, I feel like I am always winning, always doing the best things, always getting the best results. But there are a lot of things that people don't see, just the harder parts, so I don't get these gold MEDALS, these good results because of 'genius.'" Yes, these honors are not for genius, but for trying again and again to get up after failing.
Behind each medal, are the Olympic athletes, day after day of hard training, are carrying their faith to win glory for the country, and the courage to struggle. We cheer for the athletes on the field at the same time, but also understand the meaning of hard work.
