The construction of HONB new plant is one of the key projects in Changdai Town, Mengjin District. At present, the construction of the project has entered the sprint stage. It is expected to be fully put into operation in August 2022, one month earlier than the original plan.
Up to now, the main frame of the production workshop and the office building has been completed, and the decoration work has begun, involving pipeline laying, informatization, and intelligence in the factory area.
"The construction project of a new intelligent manufacturing factory with an annual output of 2 million sets of high-end precision bearings" started on October 22, 2021, with an investment of 380 million yuan and an area of 60 acres, which is four times the size of the current factory area. The production workshop covers an area of 30,000 square meters, the R&D center and ancillary facilities cover an area of 10,000 square meters. There is a staff activity center and cultural landscape, which comprehensively enhances the corporate image. It is expected to produce 2 million sets of high-end precision bearings annually, with an annual output value of 600 million yuan, tax revenue of 30 million yuan, and 1,200 jobs.
In the modern large workshop of HONB new factory, there are currently 32 production equipment and a salt quenching heat treatment production line, which are being initially debugged. The remaining production lines and equipment are on the way. It is expected that the production workshop will be fully put into use in early August. The work is proceeding smoothly according to the original plan.
