Machine tool spindles have extremely high requirements on bearing rotation accuracy. High-precision cylindrical roller bearings used in machine tools are available in a variety of configurations. Dimension series 19 and 10 produce single-row bearings, while dimension series 30 and 49 produce double-row bearings. The bore and outer diameter of single-row and double-row cylindrical roller bearings are identical within each diameter series.
Tapered bore high-precision cylindrical roller bearings are marked with the suffix symbol K and are produced with a taper angle of 1:12. It is mainly used in the dry machine tool manufacturing industry. The radial clearance and preload can be adjusted by the axial movement of the tapered bearing surface of the shaft when the tapered hole is assembled.

This mainly helps to simplify bearing installation and removal.
High-precision cylindrical roller bearings combine load-carrying capacity, stiffness and attainable speeds in an ideal way. Bearings of structure NNU achieve a high system stiffness in a very low assembly support, while their bearing capacity is lower relative to structure NN.
The single row high precision cylindrical roller bearing structure series 19 and 10 are more advantageous in speed.
