Rotary table is one of the most important part of machine tools, its design is also veryimportant. As the key part which undertake work-piece, its rotary accuracy, rigidityand composite carrying capacity will affect the processing performance of machinetools directly. So bearing selection plays an important role for the machine tools.Thetraditional rotary table use two groups or more radial/thrust bearings to combine totake radial load, axial load and tilting moment at the same time, though this solution ismatured, the disadvantage is that the rotary table structure is very complicated, andthe bearings are not easy to mount and maintain.
HRTG high precision rotary table bearing series break through the traditionalbearing selection and layout. One bearing can meet the requirement of compositeload,can simplifies the rotary table's structure，reduces the cost of designing,mounting and maintain. The bearing compose of one group of rollers in radialdirection,two groups of thrust-rollers in axial direction, and the cage.That makesthe structure compact, save much space for the rotary table, the mounting holesmake the mounting very easy,the bearing also can be assembled with preloadbefore leaving factory, so the bearings need not to be adjusted the clearance afterthat. The bearings have high rigidity and high rotary accuracy, both inner ring andouter ring have oil holes, which is very convenient for greasing regularly. The rotaryaccuracy of HRTG bearings can reach to 1um, which is much more sophisticatedthan that of common bearings.

HRTG basic series are suitable for low speed, shortperiod application.As for other applications, we also have corresponding productsand solutions.HRTGS high speed series can be used for the situation which needlow friction torque and relatively high speed, which is suitable for rotary table ofdirect drive motor and double pendulum head etc. HKLDF-B axial angular contactball bearings series have features of much higher speed and lower frictional torque.Which can bear composite loads,is suitable for high speed rotary table ofmachining centers, vertical grinding machines, measurement and control fields, etc.HRTGM bearings with integrated angular measuring system have the modulardesign of integrated angular measuring system, which can achieve integration ofrotary table's precision rotary and accurate angle control, and simplify the structure,so greatly suitable for CNC rotary worktable of CNC machining center and indexingtable etc.The angle measurement accuracy can reach +1 arc-second.
HRTG Standard series
Combined axial-radial bearing structure can bear double direction axial load,radial load and tilting moment. The bearings have mounting holes, so the boltcan fix the bearings directly, bearings have preload before leaving factory, noneed to adjust clearance when installed.This series bearings are suitable forthe application which is low speed and short rotate period, and have higherrequirements on rigidity and precision, for example, rotary worktable,indexinghead etc.
HRTGS high speed series
HRTGS high speed series outer structure is the same as HRTG series.The special inner structure makes HRTGS series higher limiting speed,and the friction torque is lower and uniformly spread. So for HRTG seriesapplication which need lower friction torque but higher speed, this bearingseries can be chosen. For example, bearing used for shaft which driven bydirect drive motor.
HKLDF-B axial angular contact thrust ball bearings series
HKLDF-B axial angular contact ball bearings series，also can bearcombined load, with high speed and low friction torque, at the same time itcan ensure high rotary precision.HKLDF-B bearings can be applied tohigh speed rotary worktable，milling,grinding,honing head and precisionmeasuring instruments.
HRTGM(A) with integral angular measuring system series
This series of bearings is based on HRTG rotary table bearings. Anangular measurement system is installed on the HRTG to accuratelymeasure and adjust the rotation angle of the bearing. The precision canreach +1 arc-second. lt is suitable for applications which need highrequirements for the angle positioning accuracy.
HRTG basic series，HRTGS high speed series and HKLDF-B axialangular thrust contact ball bearing series all have high rotary accuracy.They can support radial loads,axial loads from both sides and tiltingmoments, which are particularly suitable for the situation with high precisionand support union loads. Such as rotary tables, face plates , milling headsand reversible clamps.
