What are the classifications of YRT rotary table bearings?

The YRT turret bearing consists of a set of thrust/central races, a thrust/central shaft collar, a thrust washer, two needle roller cage assemblies and a set of centripetal cylindrical rollers. The seat ring and collar have uniform mounting screw holes. This type of bearing has high axial and high radial load carrying capacity, high tilt stiffness and high precision. Suitable for rotary tables, as well as bearing devices for measurement and experimentation. This type of bearing has higher requirements for the matching equipment parts. The tightening torque of the mounting screws needs to be controlled during installation.

Scope of application: It is widely used in precision rotary table vertical grinding machines, indexing heads, gear hobbing machines, gear milling machine workpiece axes and other precision devices. 

YRT standard series

The thrust-central combination structure can withstand bidirectional axial loads, radial loads and overturning moments. The bearing is uniformly provided with mounting holes, which can be directly fixed to the bearing by bolts; the bearing has been preloaded at the factory, and the installation does not need to adjust the clearance; the YRT rotary table bearing series is suitable for low speed, short running cycle, rigidity and precision. High requirements, such as rotary table, indexing head, etc. 

YRTS high speed rotary table bearing series 

The external structure is the same as the YRT series, but the internal structure is different from the YRT series. This determines that the YRTS rotary table bearing series has higher limit speed than the YRT series. The friction torque is lower and uniform than the YRT rotary table bearing series. Therefore, it requires relatively low friction. However, for relatively high speed applications, this series can be used, such as bearings for shafts driven by direct drive motors.

ZKLDF thrust angle contact ball series

The ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball series can also withstand combined loads, but with extremely high speed and extremely low friction torque, while ensuring high rotational accuracy. Ideal for applications with such requirements, such as high-speed rotary tables, milling, grinding, and precision measurement and measurement equipment.
