Bearing rust prevention is important
1. Rustproof management in process
Metal in the process of processing and dust, moisture and acid fog and other atmospheric environment will occur in contact with corrosion, and after the heat treatment residual salt cleaning is not clean, pickling, acid printing liquid cleaning neutralization is not complete, demagnetization with grinding wheel dust, iron dust, hand sweat, etc. are very easy to cause bearing corrosion.Therefore, to ensure that the workpiece in the process of processing will not cause losses, to stay in the process of bearing parts must take effective anti-rust measures.
(1) Set up the anti-rust storehouse, adopt the mechanical spray method, spray 2-3 times per shift, 10-15 minutes each time, the bearing parts of the concentrated anti-rust treatment.
(2) Clean all kinds of antirust equipment regularly, prepare antirust liquid, cleaning liquid, cooling water strictly according to the process, test regularly, adjust and replace on schedule.
(3) The bearing parts should be demagnetized and cleaned with cleaning fluid before storage for rust prevention.
(4) Bearing parts in pickling or writing acid words, must be cleaned, neutralize completely, and then with rust prevention water rust treatment.
(5) Do not use cooling water, cleaning liquid to wash hands, washing rags, etc., to ensure the use of liquid clean and performance, extend the life of the use of liquid.
(6) Do well in civilized production, ensure environmental hygiene, eliminate rust hidden dangers.
2. Finished bearing anti-rust management
Finished bearings coated with anti-rust oil sealed packaging, can avoid the storage and transportation process by the atmospheric environment, corrosion and mildew, affect the performance.
(1) The finished bearings are sprayed with kerosene twice, sprayed with anti-rust oil and sealed with polyethylene.
(2) Before kerosene spray washing and anti-rust lubrication oil spraying, filter element should be used to meet the technical requirements to ensure the cleanliness of the finished bearings. The oil tank and machine tool should be cleaned thoroughly once a month.
(3) When inspectors and assemblers come into contact with finished parts and bearings, they should apply liquid gloves to avoid corrosion caused by hand sweat.
(4) Handle and store the finished bearing gently to avoid packing damage.
(5) Assembly room, finished bearing storage room to dry, clean, no pollution sources.
3. A method of applying antirust oil
(1) Soaking method: some small items are soaked in anti-rust grease to make its surface adhere to a layer of anti-rust grease method.Oil film thickness can be achieved by controlling the temperature or viscosity of antirust grease.
(2) Brush painting method is used for outdoor construction equipment or products of special shapes that are not suitable for soaking or spraying. When painting, it is necessary to pay attention not to accumulate, but also to prevent leakage.
(3) Spray method some large antirust materials cannot be coated by immersion method, generally with about 0.7mpa pressure of filtered compressed air in the air clean place for spraying.Spray method USES solvent diluent antirust oil or thin layer antirust oil, but must use perfect fire prevention and labor protection measures.
